General (Ret) Wesley K. Clark

Chairman, Studebaker Group

Clark retired as a four-star general after 38 years in the United States Army, having served in his last assignments as Commander of US Southern Command and then as Commander of US European Command/ Supreme Allied Commander, Europe. He graduated first in his class at West Point and completed degrees in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford University (B.A. and M.A.) as a Rhodes scholar. Clark has served in a number of significant staff positions, including service as the Director, Strategic Plans and Policy (J-5). He was the principal author of both the US National Military Strategy and Joint Vision 2010, prescribing US warfighting for full-spectrum dominance. As Supreme Allied Commander Europe he led NATO forces to victory in Operation Allied Force, a 78-day air campaign, backed by ground invasion planning and a diplomatic process, saving 1.5 million Albanians from ethnic cleansing. His awards include the Presidential Medal of Freedom, Defense Distinguished Service Medal (five awards), Silver star, bronze star, purple heart, honorary knighthoods from the British and Dutch governments, and numerous other awards from other governments, including award of Commander of the Legion of Honor (France). He has also been awarded the Department of State Distinguished Service Award and numerous honorary doctorates and civilian honors.

Ron Fogleman

Director, Studebaker Group; Chairman, Studebaker Aviation

General Ron Fogleman retired from the USAF after 34 years of active commissioned service. On his final tour of duty General Fogleman served as the 15th Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force and a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Prior to that assignment he was Commander in Chief of the U.S. Transportation Command (CINCTRANS). As Chief of Staff, he served as the senior uniformed officer responsible for the organization, training and equipage of 750,000 active duty, Guard, Reserve and civilian forces serving in the United States and Overseas. As a member of the JCS, he served as a military advisor to the Secretary of Defense, the National Security Council and the President.

General Fogleman is an active pilot with an extensive background in fighters, mobility aircraft and general aviation. He has flown over 8,500 total hours. His fighter experience included operational tours in the F-100, F-4, F-15, F-16 and A-10. He served two tours in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War flying 315 combat missions and logging 806 hours of combat fighter time. On his first tour he flew 80 missions as a Misty Fast FAC. While serving as USCINCTRANS and Commander of the Air Mobility Command he flew mobility aircraft in support of humanitarian and contingency operations on six continents. Other senior command positions held include: Deputy Commander in Chief, U.S. Forces Korea; Commander 7th Air Force and Commander Air Component Command of the US/ROK Combined Forces Command; Commander 836th Air Division; and Commander of the 56th FW.

General Fogleman’s staff experience saw a heavy emphasis on long-range programming and strategic planning. While serving as Chief of Staff, United States Air Force, he hosted the first world-wide conference of air chiefs. He has a Bachelor’s degree from the USAF Academy and a Master’s degree in Military History and Political Science from Duke University.

Glenn Hill

Chief Executive Officer, Studebaker Group

Glenn is an energetic American entrepreneur, with extensive experience in International business and management. He has focused primarily in public safety, defense, intelligence as well as mission support globally. Glenn has proven success in unstructured and austere environments with a history of executing at levels requiring a high operational tempo. His primary focus the last several years has been as a corporate executive helping with the rebirth of one of the world’s most iconic brands. He has served as a founder, director and CEO of companies ranging from defense and intelligence, cyber and logistics across a multitude of countries. Glenn has a strong network across the USA, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. He is a board member of Studebaker Group, its subsidiaries, and Equanimity Capital and is an advisor on various other boards. Glenn holds a bachelors of science, completed Harvard Business School’s Leadership Principles program and has completed a wide array of government and private training programs.

Tom Marx

Chief Operations Officer, Studebaker Group

Tom is co-founder of the reborn Studebaker Group, a globally experienced executive with his roots in executive leadership of organizations ranging from intelligence, defense, technology, telecommunications and mission critical support. He has worked extensively across joint counter-terrorism projects in support of inter-agency programs with various governments internationally.

Tom has consulted on anti-money laundering programs and initiatives in both government and the financial sector. He has worked closely with senior political leadership internationally, on programs which have contributed to developing his skills in working in challenging environments to find solutions which have exhaustive logistical and geographical constraints in the defense and mission critical environments.

He holds various certifications as well as executive education at the University of South Africa’s Graduate School of Business and has served as a founder, director, CEO and chairman on various boards. Tom is currently focused on Studebaker Group and also serves on the advisory boards of various companies in the United States, United Kingdom and Africa.

Along with the Studebaker executive team, he is focused on the rebirth of one of the world’s most iconic brands, and the rollout of Studebakers business model on a global scale.

Although Tom is a serial entrepreneur, his inherent passion is his family.

Johann Marx

Chief Investment Officer, Studebaker Group

Johann's focus is on defense technologies, venture capital, aggressive global fund-raising, structured startup incubation and IPO’s. As Chief Investment Officer of Studebaker Group, Johann’s primary aim is to identify and invest in disruptive technologies that are the future of defense, intelligence and automotive solutions. Johann seeks to develop a diversified portfolio of defense and intelligence investments in well-managed companies with disruptive business models whose primary constraint to growth is financial; this includes all facets of financial planning and modeling. His technology focus areas are Cybersecurity, Big Data, Quantum Computing, Cloud Computing, FinTech and Financial Intelligence, AR/VR, Robotics, IOT, Blockchain, Lidar Systems, Autonomous Driving Systems, and Social Media Intelligence.

Johann is a board member of Studebaker Group and co-founder and board member of its subsidiaries and has been integral in reshaping the structure and strategy of the group. Johann is also founder and board member of several venture and other investment firms that include Equanimity Capital and Studebaker Capital and has actively participated in the venture capital arena across US, Africa, South East Asia and Eastern Europe.

Kathleen Robertson

Chief Strategy Officer, Studebaker Group

Experienced consultant and senior strategic advisor with over twenty-five years of experience advising large Government organizations that include DoD, OSD, DOT, DOJ, CIA, FAA, US Navy, USAF and FBI. Served as an internal senior strategic advisor to senior management during tenures with McDonnell Douglas, DARPA, the Department of the Navy, and National Commissions, to include Presidential Commission on Women in the Military, Presidential Commission on Critical Infrastructure, BRAC-2005 and National Commission on the Structure of the Air Force. Kathleen has managed strategic initiatives for DoD leadership concerning Battlefield Command and Control, prior to the Iraqi War. $300M in critical C2 programs moved from services to Joint Forces Command for interoperability. She is currently advising governments and corporate clients, US and international, on strategies concerning cyber security and counterterrorism initiatives.
